Attempting to contact Hermes was, as usual, utterly fruitless: they are the very worst example of a logistics company and their customer service is a misnomer as it does not exist. It was not - 3 adults were home and our doorbell is exceedingly loud! I received additional information via the Hermes' app to say a redelivery would be attempted the next business day. I received correspondence from Hermes on Thursday stating an attempted delivery was made that evening. Delivery should have been made a week last Thursday.
